Den amerikanske specialagent Leon S. Kennedy sniger sig ind i et lille østeuropæisk land for at efterforske rygter om, at der bruges bioorganiske krigsvåben. Straks efter ankomsten, beordrer den amerikanske regering ham til øjeblikkeligt at forlade landet. Leon er fast besluttet på at afsløre sandheden, så han vælger ikke at adlyde ordren og begiver sig ud på slagmarken for at stoppe den kæde af tragedier, som forårsages af de bioorganiske våben. The second feature-length animation spin-off from the popular series of computer games and films. Following on from the events of the first animated feature, 'Resident Evil: Degeneration' (2008), the film opens with an agent of the US government, Leon Kennedy (voice of Matthew Mercer), sent on a mission to an Eastern European country torn apart by civil war. Kennedy's mission is to investigate the rumour that Bio Organic Weapons are being used in the conflict. Though he is ordered to withdraw from the country shortly after his arrival, the agent is horrified by what he discovers and is determined to see his assignment through to its conclusion. |
