In a radioactive wasteland, a mysterious zone tripper discovers the remains of a cyborg M.A.R.K. 13; a highly advanced killing machine. He sells it to Mo, a scrap merchant, who in turn, presents the find to his seductive girlfriend Jill. Trapped in her apartment Jill becomes terrified when M.A.R.K. 13 suddenly starts reconstrucing itself utilising household appliances and goes on a bloody rampage - now it's capable of doing its job... killing!
