Beskrivelse:

Glenbogle remains in financial trouble and Lascelles Bank sends Stella Moon to oversee the day-to-day management of the estate. Stella takes an inventory and is shocked to discover the lavish lifestyle that the Glenbogle inhabitants enjoy and introduce startling cutbacks. These involve laying off Golly, Duncan and Lexie and giving away Hector's beloved dogs to Killwillie.
Eventually Stella relents, things begin to return to normal and the dogs, are returned to Hector. Everyone is working towards Glenbogle's re-opening to the public which will be attended by all the local Highland dignitaries. Leading up to this event Glenbogle suffers poaching accusations, court cases, kidnap attempts, a corrupt journalist with an axe to grind - and of course, the eccentricities of the Macdonald family.
