The Pink Panther (1963)
Peter Sellers and David Niven are flawless of this riotously funny film about an almost flawless - and quite priceless - diamond, and the lengths people will go to obtain it! She is unaware, however that Charles, a.k.a The Phantom, is a professional thief who steals from the rich and gives to... himself! Enter Jacques Clouseau (Sellers), the clumsiest Inspector ever to trip over a case. Can he stop Charles's attempts to relieve the princess of her diamond? Can he even exit a room without breaking off the doorknob? Or will The Phantom steal away the cat and leave Clouseau to hold the bag? What's New Pussycat? (1965)
Peter Sellers, Peter O'Toole and Woody Allen head up an all-star cast in this wild and zany chapter from the swinging sixties. Michael James (O'Toole), the feature editor of Paris' hottest fashion magazine, finds himself surrounded by beautiful women with troublesome promiscuous tendencies. In an attempt to straighten out his complex love life, he confides in Dr. Fritz Fassbender (Sellers). Unfortunately the doctor is crazier than his patients and entangles them on a roller-coaster ride of lunacy and romance! Woody Allen's debut script is a masterpiece, brimming with witty satire, slapstick and good old-fashioned sex appeal. This hilarious farce has been hailed as one of the greatest comedies in film history.
The Party (1968)

Casino Royale (1967)
Things are looking decidedly bleak for British Intelligence, in both senses of the term. After The Fox (1966)
Peter Sellers plays Aldo Vanucci (aka the Fox), one of the greatest criminals of the world, and master of disguise. After Aldo escapes from the Italian prison he was held in, he meets again with his friends, and plans to retrieve the "gold of Cairo" a large shipment of gold, that waits to be unloaded somewhere in Italy. Aldo devices the perfect plan. Posing as a famous director, he finds the ideal coastal village to unload the shipment, and persuades the entire population that he has chosen their village as the set for his new movie. Everybody, including the idiot chief of the local police is so excited, that they can't even imagine that in fact they are helping the Fox to get the "gold of Cairo"...
The World Of Henry Orient (1964)
Henry Orient is a madly egocentric and overly amorous avant-garde concert pianist who is hilariously pursued all around New York City by two 14-year-old fans. The girls, Val and Gil chase a harassed Henry all over the city, thwarting his afternoon liaisons with a married woman and leaving utter chaos behind them - until Val's sexually promiscuous mother appears on the scene to put a stop to the girls' shenanigans. |
