When photographer J.C. Gale (Richard Grieco) is found guilty of manslaughter after accidentally killing a young woman during a round of erotic asphyxiation, he thinks his goose is really cooked. Especially as his probation officer, Beth Spinella (Angie Everhart), is the dead girl's best friend. Spinella wants to prove that Gale is nothing but a low-down sexual predator who will stop at nothing to satisfy his lurid desires, but when she begins to investigate she finds herself drawn into a vague and dangerous underworld full of red-tinged lighting effects and questionable moral decisions.
