Uwe Boll directs this tongue-in-cheek vampire horror set during World War II. It is 1943 and Nazi troops led by vicious Commandant Ekart Brand (Michael Pare) have occupied a small town in Eastern Europe. The Commandant and his cronies oversee the transportation of train-loads of people to the nearby death camps, where the psychotic Doctor Mangler (Clint Howard) performs his gruesome experiments, turning the camp victims into an army of vampire soldiers. But as he works towards his ultimate goal of injecting Adolf Hitler with vampire blood and rendering him immortal, he is met with formidable opposition in the form of half-vampire, half-human Rayne (Natassia Malthe). |
